- Support lead advisors in preparing for client meetings:

- Join meetings to observe and take notes.

- Draft follow-ups, summaries, and action items after meetings.
- Begin owning smaller client touchpoints under supervision.

- Learning the Planning & Investment Philosophy (Throughout Year)
- Financial Planning Methodology
- Study the firm’s structured planning process, from discovery and analysis to implementation and ongoing relationship building.
- Understand how we integrate cash flow, retirement, tax, estate, risk, and legacy planning.
- Embrace the "we act as our clients' CFO" model.
- Investment Framework
- Learn how customized investment strategies are built, focusing on diversification, risk alignment, and tax efficiency.
- Participate in portfolio review sessions and investment committee discussions.
- Risk & Transition Planning
- Gain exposure to risk assessments, insurance reviews, and client transition scenarios.
- Financial Planning Methodology
- Increasing Ownership & Client Interaction (Months 6–12)
- Service Ownership
- Begin managing service tasks for a subset of clients.
- Respond to routine questions and requests independently, escalating complex topics appropriately.
- Meeting Participation
- Co-lead portions of client meetings and present insights under advisor supervision.
- Develop confidence in client communication and financial explanation.
- Case Work & Project Support
- Work on planning scenarios, projections, and special projects (e.g., retirement income planning, cash-flow modeling, direct indexing education).
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with operations, planning, and investment teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
